My first submission. I can't wait for the results

I feel like I'm Seven years old again, waiting for my Sea Monkeys to arrive in the mail.

Carefully, I read and re-read the instructions on the NGC Invoice Form, making sure that I knew exactly what I had to do. It wasn't as complicated as instructions for a gas Barbecue Grill, but it was close... :-)

I carefully filled out the form (still made mistakes that I had to correct), and assembled my first 5 coins that I'd submitted for grading: an 1833 Large Cent that is an extremely well-struck example with just a couple of minor flaws, and four of my loose Morgans that I thought had the best chance of getting the highest grades.

Then, I took my carefully constructed package to the Post Office, and the wait began. I can't believe how impatient I am to get my coins back. I feel like a little kid, and you know what? It feels great to feel that kind of anticipation again. The kind where you sent in all of your Sugar Frosted Flakes Proofs-of-Purchase and are just waiting for your Tony the Tiger Frisbee to arrive at your door.

I guess mostly that I want to see if the experts at NGC hold these coins in the same esteem as I have. A certain vindication that I have an eye for spotting a quality coin.

For now, all I can do is keeping bringing up my Order Status, waiting for those magic words to appear.
