Individual collector members are not afforded the same designations as larger collector/dealers.
We pay our dues and submit several coins anually for grading yet we cannot get a designation of "First Strikes" unless we submit 100 coins or more for that designation. We may need to remind the architecht that this is beginning to be more than a temporary inconvenience, seeing as how we have been given two previous targeted get well dates and this problem is now over a week old. Sounds like you need some new technical experts with a system that works. These problems should have been planned and fixed before the conversion. Sounds to me like the cart was ahead of the horse.
