1976 s mint

possible clad I recently ask a question about a silver kennedy. I called ngc and they said they would correct the mistake. iweighed them both in the ngc holders and the coin they marked as 1976s ms actually weighs less than the one marked silver... the silver in a ngc holder weighed approx. 51.99 grams.. the coin in question weighs 51.28 grams To see old comments for this Journal entry, click here. differences

1976s .50 I recently had a few kennedys graded.. They sent back my coins . What is the difference in the grades. one says 1776-1976 silver ms.. other coin says 1976s ms..which we know is silver why not put it on the label.. I attached a photo . pr cameo cent

very funny story I bought what I thought was going to be a mint set and paid $15.. when it got to my house I opened it and my first thought was were are the Denver set and then I noticed the stripe that is normally on the cello wasn't there.. well I looked a little closer and noticed the cameo.. I contacted the seller .. and let them know they had just sold a proof set instead of the mint set I wanted.. well still haven't gotten that mint set .. but the cameo was a nice surpise.. good hunting
