Can NCS do anything to bring out the frost on this coin

With out seeing the coin, I can't tell you to much about the conservation of it in this case. However, it does look like a suitable candidate for conservation. Residues, contaminants and the toning would be reduced or removed bringing out the original surfaces of the coin hidden underneath.

We are seeing large numbers of submissions of modern coins just like this and have had tremendous success in our efforts on such coins.
