2006 20th. Silver Anniversary reverse proof errors

Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I have been a member for sometime know. I thought that I would start by asking about the silver reverse proofs. I have noticed that there are some that have a crack that is noted on the label. Do they have to be a certain size? What would determine having my coin labeled as a mint error? By the way,you can see the crack without any magnification.
