I'm looking to create/complete a birth year set for my son (2003).

 

I just found the ancient city commemoratives and some silvers on eBay. Is there an official mint or proof set if so, can you include a link to them?

I didn't see a mention of a mint or proof set on the Bank of Russia website, but there is a database of commemoratives. 2003

Yeah, I googled for a while and didn't come up with anything. But then I can't read Russian, which means I can't search in it either.

 

I found lots of stuff on czarist russian coins, but nothing really on modern.
