Vam 3 variety on 1885-cc GSA Morgan

Hy,

I want to send in a 1885-cc GSA Morgan that meets the requirements for VAM 3. 2 die scratches next to the eye of liberty and the titled CC with the right C almost touching. There also is evidence of die polishing around the eagles tail, claws, arrows and the ribbion with the M mark above the CC. I have not seen any labeled 1885-cc Vam 3's let alone a GSA, will NGC certify an 1885-cc GSA that meets the requirements ans is not on the top 100?
