watching my local cable shopping network and they are offering George washington dollars in bu rolls graded ms63 by icg yes that right a roll graded by a tpg and only for the cable shoping net work for pres. dollars....thoughts?

Or, encased in a slab with this huge bulge of stacked coins?

 

Would not 99.99% be considered MS-63 or BU coming from the mint?
