Nice enough coins.

 

Your WR coin is strike doubled on the date, no RPD.

 

Your NR coin may or may not have a very slight RPD. It's hard to tell.

Those are interesting coins, especially the doubled date. I'd tend to agree that the first one was cleaned once upon a time, but it's got really pretty detail all around. Let's put it this way: if I found them, I'd probably buy them myself, as I'm in the market for a nice SN. I've only got one and it's not in very good shape; I'd grade mine CR-4. (That is a little known grade found in no grading guide: CRappy-4. It's a coin that can technically grade G-4 but one just hates doing so.)
