Presidential Dollars MS65 FD label cut by almost 40%! no reduction otherwise?

Yesterday they reduced the number of points the the MS65 Presidential First Day of Issue coins from 163 to 102. The plain MS65s are still 123. My FD coins are now worth fewer points than if I'd gotten the same coin with a cheaper, easier to get label. I can understand the decision to reduce the points (they seemed high anyway) but why make them LESS than the plain labels? There won't be any more FDs for Washington or Adams, you can submit coins for the regular label anytime you feel like it. At the very least it should be like the American Eagles where there's no difference. I'm also wondering why the MS 65 grade was singled out. This hasn't been done to any other grade.

I personally think that the two should be the same value. Maybe Arch is doing that, but just hasn't gotten to the other ones yet.
