Blue/Black Label Question Answered

Wrote NGC and got the following;

"Dear Mr. Cross,

 

Thank you for your inquiry. The blue and black labels are being used

for the 20th Anniversary Coins.

 

The 3 piece Gold and the 2 piece silver and gold, Blue Label. The

opened boxes of the 3 piece gold and the 3 piece silver and gold, the

reverse proof coin will receive the Blue Label.

 

The 3 piece Silver sets will have the black label. Opened boxes of the

3 piece silver set the reverse proof will have the black label."
