Hi all,

I picked this up on a bid board at a local coin shop a couple of years ago, I don't collect foreign coins but liked the look of it and it was only twenty bucks. But since I don't collect foreign I don't know anything about it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you thumbsup2.gif

Prussian 3 Mark, minted as a commemorative during the Centennial of Prussia's Defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte, hence the eagle (Germany) and the snake (France). The inscriptions read: "The King called and All, All came" and "With God for King and Fatherland".
