1964 Quarters???

are quarters made in 1964 made of silver??

 

I have some and they feel and look silver, but not sure.

Yes, they're 90% silver just like the previous years. They switched to clad composition after 1964, except for select silver mint sets in recent years.

What is the mint mark on the 1964 quarters? This year there were several varieties including doubling of letters on both the obverse and reverse, repunched and misplaced mint marks, as well as 3 different reverses based on the hub used.
