What is a VAM 5 anyway? What would I be looking for?

Does not look like a VAM 5, or even a micro O to me, but I am not that familiar with Morgans. This does not have the wing marks that a VAM 5 would have, and I am not sure that this is even a micro O. I always thought that is just your ordinary '99 O.

I wanted to bump this to see if anyone could ID the VAM. Actually, I think it may actually be a "Micro O". Anyone have an ID? I understand that it may be impossible by these pics because of some of the details required, but any guidance would be appreciated. I could not get an exact ID from VAM world...
