It depends on what condition you are looking to obtain the coins. Also, the 1922 plain Lincoln cent should not be considered a regular issue coin since it is truly one or more obverse dies that had an unintentional result upon striking.

TomB... I agree...the '22 Plain should be droped from coin albums as it's not a regular issue but falls more into the realm of error coins...that...and it would cost me about $1K less to complete my Lincolns

I don't know about Lincoln pennies, but you might have some luck looking up Lincoln cents here or in the red book.
