Hello... Not in the NGC Database??

I tried entering my Saint into my Gold Type Set, but it said the following:

 

The following Certification numbers were not found in the NGC database. Please review the Certification Number to verify it is correct. The correct format is XXXXXXX-XXX, remember the hyphen. You may enter corrections below and click Save.

 

I don't have the coin in hand yet, but I have images of it in the slab, with the certification number on it.
