There were no proof quarters during the year I was born...so, here are a couple mint state images from that year...sixty years ago...my oh my how times flys !! [ Sorry, no images of the 1947-S quarter...don't know why ]...whhops...no images of the D mint one either...

Here's a beauty I bought off Laura Sperber @ Legend...she mentioned

that she couldn't understand why its not in a CAM holder...and once the coin

was in hand, neither can I.

Yeah, in hand the coin's a CAM for sure. One of these days when the set's complete

I'll cherry pick out coins I feel could upgrade and the 1950 is one of them.
