The system isnt exactly setup to add comments to an article, but you can submit an article and make reference to the one in question.

I can not sign in, despite having registered. I guess that I need a confirmation email which I have not received. I was referred to Site Administrator, whom of course I can not contact because I can't sign in. Sort of a circular Catch-22.
