Well, why not make this a Body Bag post. Here is one I received results on today, disappoining .......... Cleaned 1916 Mercury

This was going to be great in my registry set. I thought it would be an MS67. boo.gif

Edited to say, with that mark, there is no way that coin would have gotten into an MS-67 holder. MS-65 would be more like it, and I'd only give it an MS-64.

 

I was thinking it would grade MS-67 before seeing the scratch.

Sometimes I tend to look more carefully at the obverse and not the reverse. This was one of those times! foreheadslap.gif
