Hi there at NGC thanks for all the work you have undertaken for me in the past

 

? do you think this spot on the reverce of this coin could be removed ?

I would need to see your coin to make a determination for certain. Similar appearing spots have in the past at least been lightened, if not completely removed. Where on the continuum your coin may end up I could not say for certain from the image. Additionally, conservation work will take steps to be sure this spot does not become worse over time.
