Have you seen this ebay aucyion for a free coupon to have one coin graded buy ICGS? They are giving a cash-guarantee! What I don't understand is it's a free coupon, the auction is starting at $1.55, and they won't send the "FREE" coupon until after payment is recv'd. Where's the free part??ebay link

Shipping is free... maybe the $1.55 covers that...
