Just purchased my type Washington Quarter - 1943

I thought I'd share this beautiful quarter I just bought from TomB (or will have officially bought once my check gets to him ). Tom was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful as I tried to decide which of his lovely quarters would make its home in my US type set. The coin is blast-white (shadows are due to lighting) and very well-struck, with great eye appeal, and was the best coin out of a roll Tom went through.

It's a beauty Michael. Why in the world did they change the quarters to look like they do today. They've lost all their character. I absolutely hate the spaghetti hair.
