First, let me start off by saying that I'm very new to this. So please excuse me if i'm asking in the wrong forum.

 

I was under the impression that the U.S. Mint distributes certain coins to dealers only and therefore only dealers can have certain coins graded. Is this correct or can anybody order any coin from the mint and then have them sent in to NGC for grading?
