You can always go to the publisher's web site, but the best source depends on which volume you need. The 1901-current 31st Edition just came out; there are fairly recent volumes for the 18th and 19th centuries, and there are various other volumes including gold coins. Most decent sized libraries have the 1901- volume (although not necessarily the latest edition) and some have some of the others. To buy new volumes you can try most of the major coin supply houses, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc. Here is a link to a Froogle search .
