I want to purchase a coin encapcillated by NGC but no one can tell me the date of the encapcillation. The coin is:

1909 1cent Red Proof 64 Indian Cent

NGC: number on encapcillation is 561187-001

Can you tell me the date this coin was encapcillated?

Our policy is that we cannot provide submitter information as this is confidential information for the person who paid for the service of having coins graded by NGC. Please also understand that coins could have changed hands a number of times since the original grading.
