That coin has a heck of a lot of frost on it. Are there two stray scratches on the obverse? One in front of the profile and the other across the truncation of the portrait?

Yes there is a scratch in front of Lib's face but the line across the trunk is a die break.There is one that crosses the eagles head on the reverse.
