Looks MS64 to me based on strike, luster, and marks. JMO

1971-P's show a weak strike (shallow strike, really). This one appears full GEM MS65 and that is extra tough on this date and MM. Nice catch!

I think the "nick" in the 4 o'clock position on the obverse would keep coin at an MS64, though you may gamble and pull out a 65 (great mint luster may take it over the top to an MS65.Wasn't able to see reverse, but assume it's clean of marks etc.

IMO Ike's are ugly no matter what grade they may be...
