Anyone sold coins to Dick Osburn?

I'm considering sending him a small package of seated dimes for an offer,and I was just curious if any of you had selling experiences with him. He's a pretty good guy and I've bought from him before,but I'm just wondering if he tends to just pay a % back of bid or if appreciates originality. I have some pretty crusty semi-keys,and he was just about the only guy I know who might have more than just a "cheap buy" interest.

Any dealer must pay less than the coin is worth, otherwise out of business very quickly. Economics 101. Try selling them yourself !
