I would say that PCGS graded it 63 and NGC graded it 64.

So, did you crack it out? Why would you crack it? It's a MS63 coin.

 

I don't know why I cracked it out but it's more likely a MS64. I went to a coin show and asked alot of people around and they agreed it looks more like a MS64. I had one guy that liked it so much he said "What if I gave you an offer you couldn't refuse.." he offered me $890 for it. I didn't sell it because I like it. I think PCGS was too strict on it.
