Some stats on 20th Ann. SAE sets

4 posts in this topic

It's a rainy, boring Sunday afternoon so I thought I'd see how the 20th ann. SAE's are doing on ebay the results are kinda interesting (if you are into that sort of thing). I looked at completed sales for April 13 and 14 in several different categories. Here's what I found:

Total completed sales 93

PR68: 2 sales, avg. price $323

PR69: 33 sales, avg. price $398

PR70: 10 sales, avg. price $1,267 for PCGS & NGC; avg price for ICG & SGS $497

Ungraded: 38 sales; avg. price $358

Unopened box: 8 boxes: avg price per set $495

NGC multi-holder PR69 sets; 2 sales; avg price $460

Interesting that I didn't see a single ANACS graded set in the lot.

I bought a PCGS MS/PF-69 set a month ago for $326.00 and was happy to get it at that price. I know the prices are still easing up.

You can call me a procrastinator! I finally sent in two sets for grading that are in the unopened shipping box. I had planned to do this right after FUN. stooges.gif
