Can a platinum-filled fake gold coin be certified in any way?

There was a time when fake gold coins were produced using "worthless" platinum coated with a thin layer of gold. Like this:

Can NCS offer any services for a platinum-filled fake gold coin? Certification as genuine? A genuine fake from the time? geuine Details? etc...

Only genuine mint products can be called Genuine. Since this is not a genuine mint product it is not genuine and would not be encapsulated.
