A couple of Capped Bust coins I recently sold, just for your enjoyment

Nothing all that special or fantastic, just decent, affordable mid-grade early silver. I've always enjoyed comparing and contrasting the differences in side-by-side comparisions of half-dimes and dimes by sizing the images the same. What differences strike you the most?

The dimes are much more worn out than the half dimes.

The second "2" on the dime was punched upside down.

I really haven't paid much attention to the dimes and only own one. But from your images it seems that the stars are a good bit bigger in proportion to the design on the dime. Also, the scroll on the reverse seems to be rotated more clockwise on the dime. The relative placement of this scroll is a major diagnostic in determining die marriages on half dimes and I've never seen a half dime with the scroll in that position. I'm sure there are other differences, but those caught my eye immediately.
