These were just some quick shots. Color is close but looks better in hand. Notice the lamination?

I love the reverse of 13-d Bruce thumbsup2.gif

Oh and 63 on the 13 and 64 on 36 cloud9.gif

They both look good Bruce. The 13 looks to be a weak strike that shouldn't take away from it. I'm not the best at these but I would venture to say MS63 for both.

I'd call both coins high AU. The 1913 has a rim issue at 2K-3K that I can't tell anything about. The colors are likely much nicer in-hand. Great album pieces.

I like both the coins. What is going on at the date on the 1913, weak strike or focus issue?

That is a weak strike! A cool coin that has it all if you ask me!

Honestly the last time I looked at my bufflo collection, which had been put away in the safe, I do not remember the 1936 with any sort of toning. Maybe the album did it to it. Now the 1913 D was toned when I got it. I have about 10 buffalos I would consider nice. AU to MS Most are MS.1913 T1 AU 55, 1913 T1 MS 63, 1913 D T1 MS 62, 1914 AU 55, 1917 EX 45, 1935, MS 65, 1936 AU 58, 1937 D MS 64, 1937 S MS 64, 1938 D MS 67, 1938 D/D MS 64
