Capped Bust Half Dimes - LM varieties

These are the Logan-McCloskey numbers which are assigned to designate the different varietes. For the 1831 coin, LM-2 is listed as one of the scarce varieties. For the 1834, LM-6 you got me on that one. I can not find that Variety listed for that year, only LM-1, 2, 4 in common, and 3 and 5 for scarce.

 

The Degree of variety goes from Common, Scarce, Rare and Very Rare.
