Washington Dollar with half lettering missing - will NGC Certify?

Hello:

 

I have found 3 coins in 5000 that seem to be Unique. They are missing some (half on one coin, 1/4 on the other) of the rim lettering. In my opinion, I think they got stuck in the rim process and the mint did not catch them. In addition, I have 5 coins that have extra spaces between TRUST and 2007. One has 3 spaces extra, the other 4-6 spaces extra. Are these also errors? Will NGC put special notation on these coins.
