First Time submitting Gold Eagle Proofs

Im preparing to send in 5- $5 Proof Gold Eagles for grading and knew that you dont send the box and etc. But do most people remove the coin from the mint capsule and submit it in a 2x2 non-PVC flap or is it highly recommended for the coin's protection to remain in the capsule for shipment?

Any other tips for submitting gold proofs and gold Indian Heads would be greatly appreciated.

I always tell people to submit the coins in the capsules to have the least amount of handling possible for the coins and to maximize the coins grade.
