My feeling is its an auto requester - DId you leave your date of Birth section blank in the registration process

 

UBB Threads may keep track and asks you at a later time to fill in the rest of the form.

 

Arch will probably figuring it out but it sounds like it may be built into the program - the part that lets other users know when your birthday is.

I looked at your profile.

 

It looks like you updated your birthday to a birth year of 2004. There are restrictions on the board settings about what age you are to participate (i.e. older than 13).

 

I think you must have registered with a valid year (showing more than 13 years of age) and changed it to 2004 later. This might be why the boards are popping that screen at you.
