Forgive me if this is not the correct place for this question, I am new to the posting thing

 

can somebody please tell me if NGC will reholder a coin that was graded by ANACS, it was graded MS69 2000 MILLENNIUM , I understand that that the MS69 could me lower or could be high, what I am asking is will NGC still give it the 2000 MILLENIUM classification from the ANACS holder

I am not sure but you should probaby try the Ask NGC thread.

They can CROSSOVER the coin, not reholder it. Here you are taking a small chance with the grade changing, but even that can be controlled. It may even upgrade!
