I got this morgan an ebay and I was wondering if anything could be done about the spot above the second star on the left and also the one below the third star. I had heard about coin conservation and I really don't know much about it of even if NGC does it. Thanks

It is difficult to tell exactly what kind of spot is on your coin from the image. With general small spots, NCS can address these through professional conservation. The spot can at the very least be lightened if not completely removed. We would have to see this coin in person to determine for certain what professional conservation might be able to do.
