Loans on NGC graded coins

Another grading service has a division, Collector's Finance Corp. that provides loans at prime plus 4% and you send your graded coins to a secured Delaware depository during the term of the loan, not to exceed a year. As this service is restricted to just coins graded by the other service, is there a similar service that would provide loans on NGC graded coins? Thanks.
