1932 Panama-Balboa - Grade Opinion Please

Not being familiar with this specific coin, I am looking for some assistance in trying to determine potential grade. Any comments welcome.

Nice High relief

A weak strike is not a component of any grading standard that I know. (But dooly, I don't know anything about UK grading:)) It does look like there is some wear on the rev,

I'd say AU-55 .... I would be concerned about cleaning and if a TPG would even grade it.

 

I also would not "Kick it out of bed" !!!!!
