United States of America KM 10, 14, 33, 41 and 70? Probably another "OOOPS!"

 

You can send them a note so they can fix it (and screw something else up) in future editions.

 

PS - my 2nd edition has the coins 1/2 Cent coins but no KM catalog numbers.
