Modern Commemoratives Change in Registry Rankings

2 posts in this topic

The Registry for Modern Commemoratives starting with the "Old Mint San Francisco" and Jamestown the allocation of points have seen a dramatic decrease in pointsfor MS/PF70 coins.

The Silver Proof, Mint State and Gold coins have undergone a large decrease in the # of points allocated for MS/PF70UCAM coins for these sets. Previously $5 Gold 70's usually are given 2,000+ points and the silver coins are usually are given 850+ points. Now the Silvers are only earning 400 points more than half the usual award.

Is this allocation for 70 coins a permanent direction the Registry is taking or will future allocation of Registry Points? Thank you very much and congradulations on all (most) changes you have made, extremely professional changes.

Thank you,

Tom Gilliams
