Cuba 25c Die error or Dubbled die ?

Hi there just found this in a job lot of coins what do you think DD or just a die error

You only get dubbled dies on Jamaican coins, mon.

 

I'm guessing that it's polishing doubling. Excessive polishing of the die can cause the edges around the recessed devices to depress or cup, which tranfers a raised ghost image to the coins struck from the die. It's a common thing in overused dies and not worth any extra.

What's running through the 5 and to the rim looks like a die crack.

Yes there are 2 die cracks on the coin and the first N in TRINIDAD the top of the last line
