Sunday Guess the Grade and Overton - 1809

I picked this one up at a local show yesterday, the Overton variety on this one shouldn't be too challenging!

This looks like a O-111 to me but I will leave it to the experts.

Maybe I was wrong, but I believe this is the only one with that reverse allignment of T and I along with the extended 5th bar beyond the shield (which may be hard to see in the photo), so to me the only choice was an O-115, though I guess since you can't see if there are any die breaks it could have been an O-115a.
