Green Monster boxes question

This may be the wrong forum but at least here I get the right answers. I am slightly confused about the green monster boxes shipped sealed from the mint - specifically the 2006 uncirculated silver eagles. Were the 2006 W uncirculated eagles issued in this way? If the Green box has straps around it that indicate West Point, does that mean that the eagles have the "W" mint mark or are they simply the regular 2006 un-mint marked silver eagles? I am confused!

The 'w' mint mark ASE had to purchased individually from the mint. The green monster box is sold through a third party. The straps have nothing to do with its origins, only to seal the box.
