NTC and Morgans

I keep seeing NTC plastic when looking for morgans on ebay and also in some local shops, although very few locally. From what I can tell the grades look somewhat reasonable compared to the other 2nd and 3rd string grading companies and they sell at a discount (on ebay not locally). Any thoughts on this would be appreciated regarding morgans (or other series). Anyone been burned? Any good crossovers to NGC or PCGS. Etc.. confused.gifcool.gif

I've had success crossing SEGS and ANACS and PCI into PCGS and NGC, selectively, but NEVER NTC.

 

I'd buy NTC as if I'm buying it raw and work off of instinct vs insert.
