Yes, the online submission forms will be updated soon. In fact, we are about to introduce a completely redesigned online submission form.

Thank you for your reply. New form will be a welcome change.

The reason why I ask this question is that I have about a dozen world coins with value below $300 that I would like to submit directly. Can I use value tier from Ebay submission form for this?

Choose the Modern service tier because it has the same costs as the Value tier for World coins. This way, the amount due will calculate correctly. Just write "Value Service" clearly on your submission form.
