Hey gang

Explain if you would if anything is wrong with this Liberty Seated Dollar having a

CC mint mark. I cannot seem to find where one was made before 1870 and that was With Motto.

Jim, that item is a counterfeit. As you surmised, there were no genuine CC examples produced in that year. If it is from an Ebay listing, please link it so I can report it. Thanks.
