A 1901 O Morgan in an NGC MS65 holder that was Sniped out from under me.....

This is a 1901 O that I had bid pretty good money on in a Heritage auction ..

 

I hadn't seen an "E" clash for this particular year and mint mark.Maybe someone with a little more experiance can tell me how much I should have bid...

Maybe it is because there isn't a "Clashed E". If it was there, it should be facing to the northeast between the wreath and the 5th & 6th tail feathers. I also note that there are none of the other minor clashes that would be present at the same time.
